Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. The watermark is drawn in your browser. Your images and your logo never leave your device.

Will the watermark look the same on images of different sizes?

Yes. The size is relative to the short side of each image, so the watermark takes up the same share of an 800 px and a 4000 px image.

Which file should I use for my logo?

A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best. A JPEG logo shows up with a white box around it.

What does tiling do?

It repeats the watermark diagonally across the whole image, which makes it hard to crop out. Useful for stock photos and product images.
