Convert iPhone photos to JPG
HEIC files don't open on Windows or on many websites and apps. Drop them here and get JPGs that open everywhere. Your photos never leave your device.
Quality
The decoder (about 3 MB) loads once, with your first HEIC file. Converted files contain no location or device data.
FAQ
Why does my iPhone save HEIC?
HEIC takes about half the space of a JPEG at the same quality, so iPhone uses it by default. Choose Settings → Camera → Formats → "Most Compatible" to save new photos as JPG.
Will the photo lose quality?
At quality 90 the difference is not visible. For zero loss, choose PNG; the file will be much larger.
Will photos come out sideways?
No. The photo's orientation is applied during conversion, so the result is saved the right way up.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Conversion runs in your browser.
